HOT QUINOA BREAKFAST CEREAL

Ingredients

  • Margarine
  • 0.25 cup Molasses
  • 0.50 cup Softened butter or
  • 0.50 teaspoon Baking soda
  • Powder
  • 1.00 dash Salt
  • 2.00 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1.00 each Egg
  • 0.33 cup Unsweetened cocoa
  • 0.50 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2.00 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.75 teaspoon Cloves
Rinse quinoa and add to water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer
for 5 minutes. Add apples, raisins and cinnamon; simmer until water
is absorbed. Serve with milk or cream and sweeten to taste with honey
or brown sugar.
