ZESTY SHRIMP - VALENTINE'S DAY |
Ingredients
- 0.75 cup Packed brown sugar
- Unsweetened chocolate
- Garnish
- 3.00 each Squares (1 oz each)
- 0.33 cup Water
- Peppermint cane or stick for
- 1.00 qt (4 cups) milk, heated
- 0.13 teaspoon Salt

Peel and devein shrimp. In bowl, combine wine, oil, lemon juice, oyster sauce, garlic, oregano, mustard and pepper. Add shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/4C marinade. In skillet, heat reserved marinade over medium-high heat; cook shrimp, stirring for 4 minutes or until pink.
