Ingredients
- Peeled Chopped
- 0.13 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Dried oregano -- crushed
- 6.75 oz Can chunk-style chicken --
- Drained and finely c
- Rinsed, chopped, see
- 2.00 tablespoon Mayonnaise or salad
- 1.00 medium Ripe avocado; seeded --
- Oven-Crisp Tortilla Chips -- Or tortilla chips
- 0.50 cup Dairy sour cream
- 2.00 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1.00 each Clove garlic -- minced
- 0.25 cup Onion -- chopped
- Avocado slices (optional)
- 2.00 tablespoon Pickled jalapeno peppers --
- 1.00 small Tomato -- seeded and Chopped
- Chicken OR
- 0.25 cup Milk
- Dressing
- 1.00 cup Finely chopped cooked --

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream the butter, confectioners sugar,and vanilla in a bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add flour and walnuts. Beat low speed until combined. Shape a small amount of the dough around each chocolate kiss, forming a sphere. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 mins, or until the cookies are set but not brown. Roll the warm cookies in additional confectioners sugar. Cool on a wire rack. These are so good and go very quickly. Makes 36 kisses.
