BASIC BREAKFAST BREAD MIX |
Ingredients
- 3.00 cup AM Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1.00 cup Buttermilk
- 2.00 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice (or less)
- 0.25 cup AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
- 2.00 teaspoon Non-alum baking powder
- 1.00 cup Canned pumpkin
- 1.00 teaspoon Sea salt (optional)
- 2.00 each Eggs; beaten
- 0.67 cup Raw honey

Combine first 5 ingredients. Cut in the shortening until thoroughly mixed. Place in an airtight container, and store in a cool, dry place; it will keep for 6 to 8 weeks. Yield: 8 1/2 cups Recipe By :
