Cornmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup Thick oats
  • 2.25 cup Water
  • 1.00 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup Wheat bran
  • 0.50 cup Vanilla soy milk
  • 0.50 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 0.13 cup Brown rice
  • 0.13 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.25 cup Coarse corn meal (polenta)
  • 2.00 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.13 cup Toasted buckwheat
  • 1.00 teaspoon Black strap molasses
  • 2.00 tablespoon Soy protein powder
  • 1.25 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Maple syrup
  • 1.00 teaspoon Powdered ginger


Pour boiling water over cornmeal.


Add (sugar), salt. Let cool.


Stir in beaten eggs and oil.


In seperate bowl mix flour and baking powder.


Add to cornmeal alternately with the milk.


Beat until smooth.


Cook on hot griddle.
