Oat Bran Muesli

Ingredients

  • 2" stick cinnamon
  • Of lemon peel
  • 12.00 each Fresh/dried curry leaves OR
  • 8.00 each Fresh/dried kaffir lime
  • 2.00 lb Stewing beef, cut into 1-2"
  • 4.00 oz Red bell pepper
  • 14.00 each Cloves
  • 4.00 each Dried bay leaves
  • 3" cube fresh galingal OR
  • 3.00 pint Coconut milk
  • 1" cube fresh ginger
  • 12 slices dried galingal
  • 2.00 each Cloves garlic
  • Leaves OR a 3 X 1/4" strip
  • 4.00 oz Shallots or onions
  • Cubes
  • 6.00 each Dried red chillies
  • 2.00 each Sticks fresh lemon grass OR
  • 2.00 tablespoon Dried sliced lemon grass
  • 1.00 tablespoon Salt


In a medium-sized bowl, stir together oat bran, oats and yogurt.


If the mixture is too stiff, add a bit of skim milk to thin it.


Place mixture in a container, cover and refrigerate overnight.


To serve, place mixture in individual bowls and mix in the seeds or sprinkle them on top, along with fruit.
